The spiraling economy began long before January 20, 2009 when the 44th President of the United States was sworn into office. Some of these individuals are the casualty of the "get rich real estate schemes." By design, the dreams of many have been dashed, demolished and destroyed by a few who continue to cry "more, more, more." Yet, the well has dried up at the moment and the market has fallen out. So to cry out that is in some way President Obama and the Democrats fault is a farce. Be that as it may... these problem is a symbol of demise and decay of a system that has gone awry. There are those who might say come what may. Yet, now is not the time to point the finger and figure out who to blame. We need to figure out what we can do to help our fellow, man, woman and children... so this image of the Land of Free and the Home of The Brave... the Land of opportunity is and equality is not captured by these tent cities. The playing ground has become equal... the have and the have nots are know no race or class. This crisis has impacted and touched every family in some way. Some how many never thought that we would see these days again ! Yet, I am confident that just like the Phoenix...we will rise out of this crisis, with a stronger resolve, respect and a deeper appreciation knowing that this too can happen to anyone. Yes, in America where we are all a paycheck away from being jobless and homeless. Keep your heads to the sky my fellow Americans... We Will Rise Once Again !!

this is shaping up to be a much worse situation than the one depicted in the movie "grapes of wrath." there are far more people involved and the current leadership is far worse.

Sad. So sad. Their parents told them to come to disney land. And all their dreams would come true. They come by the millions and now they are feeling duped. It will only get worse. With hyperinflation on the way. The good times are going to get rollin for these folks that are working as day laborers or construction most believe that this downturn will last many years. In other words we already have enough homes that are vacant needing qualified buyers. And with many people being forced out and forclosed on now many will not be able to qualify for at least five or maybe seven years. It's a big mess. But I wouldn't look for housing to rebound for at least 10 years.
