New device for detecting dangerous liquids at the airport
Authorities in Czech Republic are testing Emili-1, a liquid detector device at Prague’s Ruzyne Airport. Using microwave technology, the device determines the type of the liquid in less than a second. If trial becomes successful, deployment of this device could solve a huge security check challenge across the airports.
