Losing India’s islands in Sundarbans
Eastern India’s Sundarbans mangrove region, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of most spectacular natural wonders, is loosing its’ islands rapidly due to rising sea levels from the effects of global warming. Thousands of people already displaced due to this are being called as environmental refugees. An AFP video report
